New Support Forum Features

Today our help desk provider, Zendesk, announced a really nice upgrade to their forums. This upgrade includes a new look and feel for the forums, the ability to arrange the forums into categories, and some really powerful community support options.  We hope these changes will help our users find resolutions to their questions and problems quicker, and provide a more accessible outlet for community support and feature requests.
