Update 21:00 MT - All new mail was processing normal as of 19:00 MT. All mail should now be delivered as normal. We believe this issue is related to an upgrade performed over the holiday weekend, and we're working on permanently correcting the issue. - Jacob
Update 16:15 MT - We've determined these are delays are between 10 minutes and 3 hours long, with the majority of them on the faster side. We're still investigating this issue, and will update as we are able. - Jacob
We have been experiencing delays in delivering messages since approximately 07:00 MT. This appears to be primarily Bronze accounts, though some other package levels have also seen issues. We are currently investigating, and will update as soon as possible. - Jacob
