We have experienced a recent brief outage effecting our click and open tracking. This would have prevented recipients from being able to resolve links from your emails and was ongoing for roughly thirty five minutes (from 5:00 to 5:35 PST roughly). This is now resolved and all links should work as intended. We apologize for this unforeseen outage and would be very happy to do anything we can to help mitigate any possible negative impacts you have seen as a result of this lapse. Thank you for your patience on this and we definitely appreciate any feedback and would love to know if your still seeing any issues, although all of our tests are now going through smoothly.
