Just opened bronze account. Sent few emails to check the service. Email sent to cox.net to my account bounced because of blocked IP.
reason: 554 eastrmimpi06.cox.net IMP 208.115.214.177 blocked. Error Code: IPBL1000 - Refer to Error Codes section at http://postmaster.cox.net/confluence/display/postmaster/Error+Codes for more information.
I understand that bronze package uses shared IPs. Apparently 208.115.214.177 is dirty already. Why sendgrid don't remove such IP? Am I missing something? What is the remedy?

i have a similar bounceback from today citing that IPs inclusion on a blacklist http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?208.115.214.177
anything that can be done about this? ive had 4 bouncebacks already out of a few hundred which all mention that IP being on a blacklist
