Billing Tips: How To Update your Credit Card & Resubmit Payments

Is your credit card about to expire? Or do you need to move over from your personal/testing card to the corporate one? Maybe you just need to have our system process a payment on the current card, now that it's funded.
All of these issues are handled on the Automatic Payment page. you first login, then go to: Dashboard > Billing History > Automatic Payment
To process a payment on the current card, just click Select in the Current Default Payment Method selection at the top.
If you already have another card on file, you can select which one you want to use under Select an Existing Payment Method, then click Select. If there is an outstanding invoice, this will also attempt to process the payment on the newly-selected method.
If you just need to update the expiration date on one of your cards, select the card in the drop-down under Update an Existing Payment Method, enter the new expiration date, and click Update. If there is an outstanding invoice, this will also attempt to process the payment on the newly-selected method.
If you need to enter a whole new card, you will fill out all the fields in the bottom section, Enter a New Payment Method. Once you click Enter & Select, we will attempt to process any outstanding Invoices.
