Gmail Delivery Update - Shared IP Plans

This week we have seen an increase in email sent from our shared IP plans not receiving preferred gmail delivery.  Some users will notice an increase in spam folder delivery.  Many factors determine gmail inbox delivery and we are working direct with Google to correct any trends caused inherently by using our shared IP plans.  We expect things to return to normal as soon as possible.

Customers wishing to migrate away from the shared IP plans can log in and upgrade to plans Silver or higher.  These plans include a dedicated IP allowing you the opportunity to start building an independent sender reputation.  These plans also include many other benefits and are part of an investment into long term delivery.

The issue was resolved Oct 26 2012.
