7-Nov 2012 - Invoice Email Processing Issues
Due to a small bug in the invoice processing systems we use, a small number of users received invoice emails without the actual invoice attached. We have identified and squished the bugs and have begun sending follow-up emails to those affected with the attached invoice. This may have caused a small number of users to receive multiple emails in relation to this situation, with the last copy of the email containing the proper invoice for this months charges.
We realize that some members may see these duplicate emails and be concerned that they have been double-billed. We can assure you that we have only charged you the proper account charge and no duplicate payments have been done.
We apologize for any inconveniences or headaches, and thank you as we get this ironed out and the bugs squished.
