Billing Credits Incorrect -- Display Issue Only

04 Dec 2012 16:35 MT: This issue was corrected at 11:00 MT, and invoices & payments have been generated for the correct amounts. Please contact us if you see further discrepancies. - Jacob

03 Dec 2012 09:12 MT: The Billing Cycle has not yet been updated of December, This is affecting that entry & the Credits entries on the Account Overview page.

This is strictly a display issue, and you will not be charged overages on your November bill for mail sent on or after 01 December 00:01 PST, nor will this be affected on the next bill in January.

Please ignore any "overage" or usage messages sent by our system over the weekend. We are working to resolve this display issue, and will update once it's been corrected.
