12:22 AM MT: We are currently experiencing some issues on one of our Proxy servers that is causing "Connection timed out" or "Internal Server error" deferrals. Our team is currently working to resolve the issue. Emails are currently kept in our queue and will be sent once the problem is resolved. 

2:21 AM MST The problem has been fixed by our engineers and the emails should start flowing now.
