Accounts Set to Free on February 1st

01 Feb 2013  - A handful of accounts that were Frozen for nonpayment in Janaury have been converted to Free accounts this morning. Even though the account was paid and re-activated, the "cancel to Free" trigger was left on in our system, and activated this morning.

If this has occurred to your account, please contact our Support team using the links at right, and we can get you squared away.

We have discovered the root cause of this, and will be fixing it before the next billing cycle. - Jacob
