04 Feb 2013, 13:02 PST - We've had a switch go down, which is affecting customers with an IP of 198.37.150.0 - 198.37.155.255 . Messages that are sent across these IPs are currently being deferred, and will go out within the next 15 minutes or so, once the switch is back up. This is only affecting Dedicated IP accounts, as these are new IPs that have been assigned in the past month or so. - Jacob
04 Feb 2013, 14:20 PST - Please note that, as an additional issue caused by this outage, Email Activity is also being affected. This will result in our members not being able to access the data normally available via the Email Activity screen. Our engineers are continuing to work on this problem, as the original solution failed to fully rectify the issue. We appreciate your patience while we work to get this issue taken care of. - Jayson
