Uploaded CSV Contacts not Displaying Correctly in List

Users may not see their contacts list(s) updated correctly depending on how their CSV file was uploaded. This guide walks users through uploading their contacts to the correct list.

If you see your All Contacts count increase, but not the desired Contact List, it's likely that your CSV file was uploaded directly to the All Contacts list. Re-upload your CSV, and be sure to select the correct list option:

  • Add Contacts and include in existing list: Use this options to add your CSV contacts to a specific existing list.
  • Add Contacts to a new list: Use this option to create a new list for the contacts on this CSV.

Please note, you will not be charged for uploading the same CSV again, because these contacts already exist on your account.
