Procedure
- Log into SendGrid:
Navigate to the SendGrid login page and enter your credentials to access your account.
- Access Email Activity:
Once logged in, go to the "Email Activity" section. This can typically be found in the dashboard menu under "Activity."
- Search for the Email:
Use the search bar to find the specific email you are interested in. You can search by recipient email address, subject line, or other identifiers. - View Email Details:
Click on the email entry from the search results to view detailed information about the email. Click on to 'More Details'
- Locate the Message ID:
In the email details, look for the "Message ID" field. This ID is a unique identifier for the email and is essential for tracking and troubleshooting.
- Copy the Message ID:
Once can, you can copy the Message ID for your records or further analysis
