How to Contact SendGrid support if you cannot log in to your account

This article provides guidance on how to contact SendGrid support if you are unable to access your account. This situation may arise due to forgotten credentials, account lockout, or other access issues.

Procedure 

1. Visit the SendGrid Help Center:

  • If you cannot log in, click on the "Trouble Logging In" option available on the login page.

3. Select the option that better fits your login issue:

5. Click the Submit button

 

Additional Information 

1. If you have never used the Authy app for 2FA authentication on your account (or if you are not sure), do not select the option "Two-factor Authentication code not received". Instead, please select the last option: "I am having a different login issue".

2. There are other ways to access the SendGrid Help Center. For example:

  • Through our main page, at sendgrid.com, click the Contact Us option at the top, and then, the Contact Support link. 
  • If you search "Contact SendGrid support" in Google, for example, the first result will lead you to a form to contact our Sales team. However, that page also includes a link to contact the support team.
