Issue
When attempting to send a test email from the Design Library, the error "Please verify your email addresses are valid and separated by commas and try again" is displayed

Cause
- The email addresses are invalid or are not separated by commas.
- You do not have an active Marketing Campaigns subscription.
- Designs created in the Design Library are only compatible with the SendGrid Marketing Campaigns product.
- Templates intended to be used with the Email API should be created within the Dynamic Templates section of your account.
Resolution
- Check to ensure that the email addresses you are attempting to send the test to are formatted properly and separate with commas
- Ensure you have an active Marketing Campaigns subscription
- Navigate to Settings > Account Details > Your Products

The Design Library is used to build templates that can be sent via our Marketing Campaigns platform. If you only have an Email API plan and plan to use your templates to send mail via the Twilio SendGrid API, you should create and test your templates within the Dynamic Templates section of the console. You can find that by navigating to Email API > Dynamic Templates.
