Objective
It is possible to remove a single contact from a suppressions list, including any of your unsubscribe lists.

Procedure
In order to do this in your account UI, you will navigate to the "Suppressions" section of the dashboard, on the menu bar on the left hand side of the screen.
From there you may select either Global Unsubscribes or Group Unsubscribes.
If you wish to delete a contact from your Global Unsubscribes list you may follow these steps:
- Search for the contact using the search bar at the top of the list. Please note you may only search using the email address and not any other contact information.
- Once the contact pulls up, select the checkbox next to that contact only.
- You should then see a "1 Selected" drop down box highlighted in the top right of this page.
- Click on the dropdown arrow and click again on the "Delete 1 selected Global Unsubscribe".
If you wish to delete a contact from your Group Unsubscribes list you may follow these steps:
- Search for the contact using the search bar at the top of the list. Please note you may only search using the email address and not any other contact information.
- Once the contact pulls up, select the checkbox next to that contact only. Please pay attention to the Group Name for your selected contact to ensure you delete this from the correct Unsubscribe Group.
- You should then see a "1 Selected" drop down box highlighted in the top right of this page.
- Click on the dropdown arrow and click again on the "Remove Selected Group Unsubscribes".
Note: This will only remove the email from the group you are specifically selecting, so you may have to remove it from multiple groups if a "resubscribe" is needed for multiple lists.
