This article is for customers who are using a Reseller Partner Twilio SendGrid account. Accounts created through our partners like Azure, Google, Heroku, IBM and KKE will have limited features in their accounts. One of these features is the number of dedicated IPs available for each account.

For Azure accounts, just HV plans (Plans >= 5M) can have more than 1 dedicated IP address.
For Google accounts, just Premier 1.5M and 2.5M can have more than 1 dedicated IP address.
For Heroku accounts, just HV plans can have more than 1 dedicated IP address.
For IBM accounts, just Pro and Premier (SoftLayer plan) can add additional IPs addresses.
For KKE accounts, just Premier 1.5M and 2.5M can have more than 1 dedicated IP address.
Can I add a new IP to my account?
Reseller Accounts will not have the option to add additional IPs to their accounts. Please reach out to support if you wish to add IPs to your account. Our team will check the eligibility and proceed accordingly.
