Error Troubleshooting - Single Sign-On Failed

*Please note this only applies to users logging in via SSO with accounts purchased through a reseller such as Azure, Heroku or Google. 

When trying to log into your SendGrid account via SSO, one of the possible errors you will see has a warning "Singe Sign-On Failed". This warning should look like similar to below.


If you see this error, please copy the Request ID and include it in your ticket to our support team. This will help us with more effectively identifying the account, which will help us solve the issue more quickly. If you can download a copy of the HAR file containing the error please include that as well.
