How do I add additional email addresses on any support ticket?

This article outlines how to ensure that responses to your support ticket requests are sent to multiple email addresses. By following these guidelines, you will successfully include additional email recipients on any ticket interactions, keeping your team informed and involved.

Procedure 

Follow these steps to add additional email recipients (CC) to your support ticket responses:

Step 1: Create a Support Ticket

Upon creating and submitting a support ticket, the initial response will automatically be sent to the account owner or the primary email associated with your account.

If you can log in to SendGrid Contacting Twilio SendGrid Support the notification email response will be sent to the account owner’s registered email address.

If you cannot log in to SendGrid Please tell us more about your login issue! the notification email response is sent to the email address you provided when submitting the support request.

Step 2: Add Additional Emails to the Ticket

Once the ticket has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation notification via your regular Email Client (such as Outlook, Gmail, etc.). Locate the notification email regarding your support ticket.

  • Click “Reply” or "Reply All" on this email notification.
  • In the “CC” or “To” fields of your reply, add any additional email addresses you would like to include.

Step 3: Send Your Reply

After adding all necessary recipients, send your reply. This action will ensure that these additional email addresses are looped into subsequent communications related to your support ticket.

Additional Information 

Note: You may request our support team to assist with adding additional email addresses as CC recipients at any stage of your support ticket communication.

All future communications regarding the ticket will include any additional email recipients you have added, facilitating efficient team collaboration and information sharing.

Ensure the accuracy of additional email addresses included in CC to avoid delivery issues or unintended recipients.
