Issue
When attempting to create a new subuser (subaccount) in the SendGrid Console, users may encounter the error message: "You have reached your subuser limit. To request more, please file a ticket at https://support.sendgrid.com." This prevents the creation of additional subusers beyond the current account limit.

Cause
This issue occurs when the number of subusers (subaccounts) on a SendGrid account reaches the maximum allowed by the current account configuration. The default limit is typically 30 subusers. Once this limit is reached, the system blocks the creation of new subusers until the limit is increased.
Resolution
To resolve this issue and enable the creation of additional subusers:
- Contact SendGrid Support and request an increase to your subuser limit.
- A support agent will review your account and, if appropriate, raise the subuser limit (for example, from 30 to 100).
- Wait a few minutes for the change to take effect.
- Return to the SendGrid Console and attempt to create the new subuser again.
Once the limit is increased, you should be able to add more subusers without encountering the error.
Additional Information
- The subuser limit can be adjusted based on account needs and usage history.
- If you continue to experience issues after the limit is raised, try logging out and back into the SendGrid Console or clearing your browser cache.
- Always ensure you are using the correct account when managing subusers.
